How our GCSE online tutoring works

We keep things simple:
book online, learn on Zoom, track progress regularly.

  • Browse available GCSE subjects and lesson bundles below. Decide whether you want weekly 1-to-1 lessons or a short intensive block before mocks or exams.

  • Use the online booking calendar on this page to pick times that work for you. You’ll receive instant email confirmation with the Zoom link and details.

  • At the scheduled time, your tutor will meet your child on Zoom, use an interactive whiteboard and share exam questions or resources live on screen.

  • After each session, your child may be given targeted homework or past paper questions, with guidance on how to structure answers.

    1. For ongoing students, we provide periodic progress updates (for example every 4–6 lessons), so you know exactly how things are going.

What a typical GCSE lesson looks like

  • Quick check-in: How did school go? Any immediate questions?

  • Review of previous homework or exam questions

  • Teaching & explanation of 1–2 key topics, broken into clear steps

  • Guided practice on exam-style questions

  • Student attempts a few questions independently

  • Clear summary: “What we covered today” + homework / next steps

All of this is managed through our online system – you control lesson bookings and rescheduling from your side without chasing messages.
