How it works
Whether you choose conventional tutoring or an A/A* Exam Lab, our process is simple, structured and handled entirely online – from booking to lessons to progress tracking.
Step 1 – Book a Grade Roadmap Meeting
Choose a convenient time in our online booking calendar and we’ll meet in our secure online classroom to understand the student’s current grades, challenges, exam boards and goals.

Step 2 – Complete the online Student Enrolment Form
After the call (or if you’re ready to start straight away), you’ll complete our secure online Student Enrolment Form. This collects essential details – subjects, exam boards, target grades, availability and any learning needs – so we can match the student to the right tutor or programme.
Step 3 – Weekly Zoom lessons & exam practice
Once enrolled, students join live sessions in our online classroom (1-to-1 or small group) focused on understanding, problem solving and targeted exam questions. Lesson times and packages are managed through your online account, so you stay in control of bookings and rescheduling.
Step 4 – Track, adjust, succeed
We regularly review performance using scores and QLA, adjust the plan, and keep both students and parents updated. For A/A* Exam Labs, you follow a week-by-week system with progress visible inside the online platform and in regular summaries.

Hi. My name is Dhawal Joshi.
I am physicist, a qualified teacher teaching since 2005. Spacetime Education was founded by my experience teaching A-level Physics & Maths in colleges and sixth-form. After helping hundreds of students prepare for GCSE and A-level exams, one pattern became obvious:
